As EV Director across UK, Ireland and Nordics, I developed and executed the go-to-market strategy for integrating EV charging into established parking operations. This included structuring multi-stakeholder partnerships with CPOs and eMSPs, securing public sector contracts with NHS Property Services and local authorities, and leading cross-functional delivery across four countries with different regulatory environments.

As Head of Business Development for UK & Ireland, I led a team of six across fleet, commercial and workplace charging segments. I defined the BD strategy for new market entry, acted as commercial lead for the fleet charging proposition, and contributed to £20M+ in public sector tender opportunities whilst building a performance-driven team culture.

As Head of Distribution Sales, I delivered £7.4M revenue against a £3.1M target (239% of target) whilst transitioning the entire business model from direct sales to distribution-only. This included re-engineering the pricing structure, halving fulfilment costs, and building an £18M pipeline for the following year.
